We own data in apps and content on social media platforms, own products that involve virtual/in-person live sessions and in some cases broadcast media. On this page we detail how we manage and use your data, noting Jacim Services or Jacim Ventures herein referred to as Jacim Services, reserves the right to change these policies at any time without notice.

Comments

When visitors leave comments on the site, we collect the data shown in the comments form, and also the visitor’s IP address and browser user agent string to help spam detection.

An anonymized string created from your email address (also called a hash) may be provided to the Gravatar service to see if you are using it. The Gravatar service privacy policy is available here: https://automattic.com/privacy/. After approval of your comment, your profile picture is visible to the public in the context of your comment.

Payments Data

Where purchases are made via our digital channels and website, these are processed by 3rd party payment platforms. Data collected may include name, email, bank card details, other payment wallet information, address and/or data required to authenticate the payment. We only retain information provided by the integrated payment processing platforms necessary to have visibility of the transaction occurrence, and this excludes your banking details and personal address (credit card number, expiry date, security code).

The data retention policies of the 3rd party payment platforms remain their responsibility and should be reviewed. Payment processors that our products are purchased through include:

Electronic Communication Details

Your email, phone number, WhatsApp number and social media accounts (accessible through your connection with any of our social media accounts) are details we maintain for marketing and customer relationship management reasons. These are not shared or sold to 3rd parties, noting the data policies of the 3rd party platforms we use are outside our purview.

Media

If you upload financial documents to share with us using a 3rd party platform, email or via our website, avoid uploading images with embedded location data (EXIF GPS) included or files without password protection. Visitors to the website can download and extract any location data from images on the website.

Contact forms

Information provided through our website forms (Contact Us and Consultation request) are stored on our non-critical data management systems which are secure. These are only used for reference and analyzed to help us improve our overall business processes and methods.

Cookies

If you leave a comment on our site, you may opt-in to saving your name, email address and website in cookies. These are for your convenience so that you do not have to fill in your details again when you leave another comment. These cookies will last for one year.

If you leave a comment, the comment and its metadata are retained indefinitely. This is so we can recognize and approve any follow-up comments automatically instead of holding them in a moderation queue.

For users that register on our website (if any), we also store the personal information they provide in their user profile.
