Jacim Services provides a range of options, and it depends on the business needs of clients. We have dedicated cloud-based data storage and can work with clients to institute an on-premises data storage at their facility if required.

2. Who has access to my data?

Besides Jacim Services, no one else has access to your data. Our process stipulates some stringent controls in-place that only allows access to your data in a manner that restricts external access without your express permission.

3. Are there backups of my data?

We always plan for the availability of clients’ data in the event of unforeseen events. An approach we use to assure this is backup of clients’ data. Where and how we store this data is protected information for the security of our clients’ businesses.

4. Does Jacim Services encrypt my data?

Yes, we do our best to ensure the tools and services we use for handling and sharing of clients’ data are secure and encrypted.

5. How are files shared?

We use our trusted third partner services to receive and share files from/to clients. We restrict our use of emails for communications that enable our delivery of service and general administration.
